Who can open an Autokeys Hub trade account?
Automotive locksmiths, auto electricians, workshops and other automotive businesses. You need a business name, and Australian businesses also need an ABN.
How long does it take to open an account?
A couple of minutes. Sign up with your details and business name (plus ABN in Australia) and you can order straight away — there is no waiting for approval to buy.
Can I buy on account and pay later?
Yes. Once you have a trade account you can apply for a credit account from your account page. We review applications and respond within 48 hours. Payment terms are set per account, typically 15 days from the order date, and each order comes with a tax invoice by email.
Are prices shown with or without GST?
Product prices are shown ex GST. 10% GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and more, processed securely by Stripe), or on account if you have an approved credit account. Account orders are billed in Australian dollars.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia, with same-day dispatch and tracked delivery across Australia. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout from your parcel weight and postcode.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Online orders ship to Australian addresses. For anything else, contact us for a quote.
What is your returns policy?
If we send the wrong item or a product is defective, you can return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. See the refund policy for the full details.
Do I get access to PIN codes with a trade account?
PIN code access is a separate request from your account, reviewed by our team for every business. Once approved, you buy tokens and use the PIN code calculator on the web or in the app.
